Formålet med møtene er å få innspill på hva markedet kan tilby og levere av systemstøtte innenfor fagområdet. Vi ønsker innspill på vårt foreløpige utkast til kravspesifikasjon, vedlegg: "Vedlegg til veiledende kunngjøring: Foreløpige behov for nytt fagsystem". Leverandører kan melde sin interesse ved å benytte Mercell sin kommunikasjonsmodul. Bergen brannvesen ønsker å gjennomføre dialogmøter i uke 23, fra 4.-8.juni. Vi ser for oss at møtene skal vare i om lag to timer, og foreslår tidspunktene 09-1100 eller 1230-1430. Vi ønsker at leverandørene melder tilbake hvilke dager og tidspunkt som passer dem. Vi booker inn interessenter fortløpende og forbeholder oss retten til å "lukke" muligheten for påmelding når et tilstrekkelig antall aktører har meldt sin interesse, ikke flere møtetidspunkter igjen eller 1 uke før dialogene starter.
