B: Kvalifikasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal ha relevant fagkompetanse innen anskaffelsens omfang. Dokumentasjonskrav: Kravet skal dokumenteres ved å legge ved opplysninger om utdanning og faglige kvalifikasjoner (CV) til dedikert personell for kontrakten (kontaktperson/produktansvarlig). Kontaktpersonen skal kommunisere på norsk/dansk/svensk (evt. engelsk) med oppdragsgiver. C: Leverandøren skal ha erfaring fra sammenlignbare oppdrag. Dokumentasjonskrav: Beskrivelse av leverandørens inntil 5 mest relevante/sammenlignbare oppdrag i løpet av de siste 3 årene. Med relevante leveranser menes levering til kunder som benytter skuddbeskyttende verneutstyr til samme formål som politiet, kriminalomsorgen, eller lignende. Beskrivelsen må inkludere angivelse av oppdragets kompleksitet, volum, verdi, tidspunkt og mottaker (navn, telefon og e-post.) Det er leverandørens ansvar å dokumentere relevans gjennom beskrivelsen. Leverandøren kan dokumentere erfaringen ved å vise til kompetanse til personell han råder over og kan benytte til dette oppdraget, selv om erfaringen er opparbeidet mens personellet har utført tjeneste for en annen leverandør/arbeidsgiver. Oppdragsgiver vil også kunne legge vekt på evt egne dokumenterte erfaringer med aktuelle leverandører. Oppdragsgiver vil selv kunne ta evt kontakt med oppgitte referanser for verifikasjon. D: Leverandøren skal ha et godt og velfungerende kvalitetssikrings- og styringssystem for ytelsen som skal leveres. Dokumentasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal levere dokumentasjon av sitt kvalitetssikring- og styringssystem. Følgende dokumentasjon aksepteres: Attest for firmaets kvalitetssikring-/styringssystem utstedt av uavhengige organer som bekrefter at leverandøren oppfyller kvalitetssikringsstandarder etter ISO 9001 eller tilsvarende, eller firmaets prosedyrer/rutiner for: avviks- og reklamasjonsbehandling, evaluering av underleverandør (herunder hvordan leverandør sikrer riktig produktkvalitet fra sine underleverandører), prosessen fra mottak og registrering av bestillinger og frem til levering hos kunde har skjedd. B: Kvalifikasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal ha relevant fagkompetanse innen anskaffelsens omfang. Dokumentasjonskrav: Kravet skal dokumenteres ved å legge ved opplysninger om utdanning og faglige kvalifikasjoner (CV) til dedikert personell for kontrakten (kontaktperson/produktansvarlig). Med relevante leveranser menes levering til kunder som benytter skuddbeskyttende verneutstyr til samme formål som politiet, kriminalomsorgen, eller lignende. Beskrivelsen må inkludere angivelse av oppdragets kompleksitet, volum, verdi, tidspunkt og mottaker (navn, telefon og e-post.) Det er leverandørens ansvar å dokumentere relevans gjennom beskrivelsen. Leverandøren kan dokumentere erfaringen ved å vise til kompetanse til personell han råder over og kan benytte til dette oppdraget, selv om erfaringen er opparbeidet mens personellet har utført tjeneste for en annen leverandør/arbeidsgiver. Oppdragsgiver vil også kunne legge vekt på evt egne dokumenterte erfaringer med aktuelle leverandører. Oppdragsgiver vil selv kunne ta evt kontakt med oppgitte referanser for verifikasjon. D: Leverandøren skal ha et godt og velfungerende kvalitetssikrings- og styringssystem for ytelsen som skal leveres. Dokumentasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal levere dokumentasjon av sitt kvalitetssikring- og styringssystem. Følgende dokumentasjon aksepteres: Attest for firmaets kvalitetssikring-/styringssystem utstedt av uavhengige organer som bekrefter at leverandøren oppfyller kvalitetssikringsstandarder etter ISO 9001 eller tilsvarende, eller firmaets prosedyrer/rutiner for: avviks- og reklamasjonsbehandling, evaluering av underleverandør (herunder hvordan leverandør sikrer riktig produktkvalitet fra sine underleverandører), prosessen fra mottak og registrering av bestillinger og frem til levering hos kunde har skjedd. B: Kvalifikasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal ha relevant fagkompetanse innen anskaffelsens omfang. Dokumentasjonskrav: Kravet skal dokumenteres ved å legge ved opplysninger om utdanning og faglige kvalifikasjoner (CV) til dedikert personell for kontrakten (kontaktperson/produktansvarlig). Kontaktpersonen skal kommunisere på norsk/dansk/svensk (evt. engelsk) med oppdragsgiver. Med relevante leveranser menes levering til kunder som benytter skuddbeskyttende verneutstyr til samme formål som politiet, kriminalomsorgen, eller lignende. Beskrivelsen må inkludere angivelse av oppdragets kompleksitet, volum, verdi, tidspunkt og mottaker (navn, telefon og e-post.) Det er leverandørens ansvar å dokumentere relevans gjennom beskrivelsen. Leverandøren kan dokumentere erfaringen ved å vise til kompetanse til personell han råder over og kan benytte til dette oppdraget, selv om erfaringen er opparbeidet mens personellet har utført tjeneste for en annen leverandør/arbeidsgiver. Oppdragsgiver vil også kunne legge vekt på evt egne dokumenterte erfaringer med aktuelle leverandører. Oppdragsgiver vil selv kunne ta evt kontakt med oppgitte referanser for verifikasjon. D: Leverandøren skal ha et godt og velfungerende kvalitetssikrings- og styringssystem for ytelsen som skal leveres. Dokumentasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal levere dokumentasjon av sitt kvalitetssikring- og styringssystem. Følgende dokumentasjon aksepteres: Attest for firmaets kvalitetssikring-/styringssystem utstedt av uavhengige organer som bekrefter at leverandøren oppfyller kvalitetssikringsstandarder etter ISO 9001 eller tilsvarende, eller firmaets prosedyrer/rutiner for: avviks- og reklamasjonsbehandling, evaluering av underleverandør (herunder hvordan leverandør sikrer riktig produktkvalitet fra sine underleverandører), prosessen fra mottak og registrering av bestillinger og frem til levering hos kunde har skjedd. Dokumentasjonskrav: Sammen med forespørsel om deltakelse skal det dokumenteres at Leverandøren aksepterer sikkerhetsbrief/autorisasjonssamtale, se konkurransegrunnlaget for mer informasjon. B: Kvalifikasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal ha relevant fagkompetanse innen anskaffelsens omfang. Dokumentasjonskrav: Kravet skal dokumenteres ved å legge ved opplysninger om utdanning og faglige kvalifikasjoner (CV) til dedikert personell for kontrakten (kontaktperson/produktansvarlig). Kontaktpersonen skal kommunisere på norsk/dansk/svensk (evt. engelsk) med oppdragsgiver. Av CV bør det blant annet fremgå: Kunnskap om markedet, relevant erfaring fra produktutvikling, erfaring fra gjennomføring av kurs/brukeropplæring, kunnskap om aktuelle produkter. C: Leverandøren skal ha erfaring fra sammenlignbare oppdrag. Dokumentasjonskrav: Beskrivelse av leverandørens inntil 5 mest relevante/sammenlignbare oppdrag i løpet av de siste 3 årene. Med relevante leveranser menes levering til kunder som benytter skuddbeskyttende verneutstyr til samme formål som politiet, kriminalomsorgen, eller lignende. Beskrivelsen må inkludere angivelse av oppdragets kompleksitet, volum, verdi, tidspunkt og mottaker (navn, telefon og e-post.) Det er leverandørens ansvar å dokumentere relevans gjennom beskrivelsen. Leverandøren kan dokumentere erfaringen ved å vise til kompetanse til personell han råder over og kan benytte til dette oppdraget, selv om erfaringen er opparbeidet mens personellet har utført tjeneste for en annen leverandør/arbeidsgiver. Oppdragsgiver vil også kunne legge vekt på evt egne dokumenterte erfaringer med aktuelle leverandører. Oppdragsgiver vil selv kunne ta evt kontakt med oppgitte referanser for verifikasjon. D: Leverandøren skal ha et godt og velfungerende kvalitetssikrings- og styringssystem for ytelsen som skal leveres. Dokumentasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal levere dokumentasjon av sitt kvalitetssikring- og styringssystem. Følgende dokumentasjon aksepteres: Attest for firmaets kvalitetssikring-/styringssystem utstedt av uavhengige organer som bekrefter at leverandøren oppfyller kvalitetssikringsstandarder etter ISO 9001 eller tilsvarende, eller firmaets prosedyrer/rutiner for: avviks- og reklamasjonsbehandling, evaluering av underleverandør (herunder hvordan leverandør sikrer riktig produktkvalitet fra sine underleverandører), prosessen fra mottak og registrering av bestillinger og frem til levering hos kunde har skjedd. E: Leverandøren skal ha et miljøledelsessystem. Dokumentasjonskrav: Leverandøren skal levere dokumentasjon av sitt miljøledelsessytem. Følgende dokumentasjon aksepteres: Gyldig attester/sertifikat utstedt av uavhengige organ (eks. ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn eller tilsvarende), eller en beskrivelse av leverandørens eget miljøledelsessystem (beskrivelsen skal minimum omfatte leverandørens miljøpolicy og miljømål).
