Disse to tiltakene sammen med stort fokus på materialbruk i hele prosjektet, håper vi skal bidra til å redusere klimagassutslipp fra materialer med minst 50%. Vi ønsker også at smart bruk av velferdsteknologi skal gi de som skal bo i Majorstuhjemmene økt livskvalitet samtidig som driften er effektiv. Dette er nye utfordringer for Omsorgsbygg, og vi ønsker derfor dialog med leverandører i markedet og motta innspill for å finne gode løsninger samt å vurdere om vår gjennomføringsmodell er egnet til å løse utfordringene. Omsorgsbygg er imidlertid ikke forpliktet til å ta med innspill og kommentarer i en eventuell senere konkurranse.
