  Proden: Vardø kommune skal rive fiskeindustrianleggeet Proden i Vardø. Anlegget er på ca. 5300 m2 BTA. Det er i plasstøpt betong og hulldekker og er bygget på 1950- 60- og 70- tallet. Bygget har noen tekniske installasjoner og at noen rom har asbest. Det foreligger Bygganalyse fra Sintef Molab av maling og betong. Rene betong masser kan deponeres på Svartnes i Vardø kommune. Leverandøren må sørge for transport av massene som skal saneres eller deponeres. Det forutsettes at leverandøren sanerer og deponerer bygget etter gjeldende regelverk. Eventuelle deponiavgifter må tas med i tilbudet. Verdier i bygget og på byggeplass tilfaller tilbyder. Det foreligger ikke helhetlig miljøkartlegging, dette må vurderes av den enkelte tilbyder. Betonggulvene på grunn skal stå igjen. Betongkai skal også stå igjen. Avslutning mot vei (strandgata), her skal det etableres en skråning mellom de to nivåene med rene knuste betongmasser. Frakopling av vann og kloakk gjøres av Vardø kommune. Vardø kommune vurderer at prosjekterende til å være i tiltaksklasse 1. Sanering, unntatt rom med asbest holdige materialer, til å være tiltaksklasse 1. Rom med asbest holdige materialer tiltaksklasse 2. Når bygget er ferdig sanert og deponert skal etableres permanente 2,5 meters høye gjerder rundt hele tomta av flettverksgjerde med låsbarport for å kjøre inne tyngre kjøretøy. Opsjon Aarsæther: Det bes om opsjon på riving av Aarsæther anlegget. Anlegget er på ca. 3050 m2 BTA. Det er i plasstøpt betong, tre, edelbetong elementer og hulldekker og er bygget på 1950- 60- og 70- tallet. Bygget har noen tekniske installasjoner og at noen rom har asbest. Tre kai og ismaskin bygg skal også saneres og evt. deponeres. Det foreligger Bygganalyse fra Sintef Molab av maling og betong. Betongen forutsettes at den kan deponeres på Svartnes i Vardø kommune. Leverandøren må sørge for transport av massene som skal saneres eller deponeres. Leverandøren må sanere og deponere bygget etter gjeldende regelverk. Eventuelle deponiavgifter må tas med i tilbudet.
