Kommunestyret i Krødsherad har i møte 22.03.2018, i sak 23/18, vedtatt å inngå samarbeid med Tilsynet for små avløpsanlegg i Drammensregionen, lokalisert i Lier kommune. Dette gjelder tjenester innenfor saksbehandling, tilsyn og slamtømming. Krødsherad kommune avlyser med dette konkurransen om kontrakt for slamtømmetjenester. Vi har mye å by på av vakker natur, et rikt friluftsliv, allsidig næringsliv, flere frivillige lag og foreninger for store og små, et godt utbygd bredbåndsnett, full barnehagedekning, flotte boområder og tomter, kort vei til Hønefoss, Drammen, Kongsberg og Oslo. Se også www.krodsherad.kommune.no Beskrivelse av anskaffelsen Krødsherad kommune skal inngå kontrakt for Innhenting av slam fra spredt avløp i kommunen Transport av slam fra Krøderen RA til Noresund RA Det estimeres en årlig verdi på kontrakten på ca 350 000 kr. Volumet som estimereres i denne konkurransen vil være avhengig av oppdragsgivers budsjettsituasjon og andre rammefaktorer. Det oppgitte estimatet for kontraktsverdi må derfor ansees som veiledende og ikke bindende for Oppdragsgiver. Tilbyder er ansvarlig for at leveransen er i overenstemmelse med norske lover og forskrifter, og at leveransen ellers er i samsvar med bestillingen fra Oppdragsgiver. Tilbyder er ansvarlig for sine underleverandørers ytelser på lik linje med sine egne. Oppdragsgiver vil kunne bistå tilbydere dersom det er behov for støtte til bruk av TendSign (konkurranseverktøyet). Kommunen har 3 kilder til slam: Spredt avløp Krøderen RA Noresund RA På Noresund RA er det satt inn avvanningsutstyr slik at alt våtslam fra begge renseanlegg blir avvannet før transport til sluttbehandling hos Hallingdal Renovasjon. Transport av avvannet slam fra Noresund RA til Hallingdal Renovasjon blir utført av egen entreprenør. Formålet med å transportere slam fra Krøderen RA til Noresund RA er derfor å få ut unødig vann før transport til kompostering. Slam fra spredt avløp hentes per i dag inn og leveres på Slettemoen slamlaguner (Noresund RA har ikke rist for mottak av septik). Kommunen er i dialog med Fylkesmannen i Buskerud vedrørende slamlagunene og hvor lenge disse kan være i drift. Det kan derfor forekomme at også spredt avløp i kontraksperioden må leveres på Noresund RA for avvanning før transport til sluttbehandling (Noresund RA må da tilpasses for mottak av septik). OPSJON: For tømming av slam skal det prises som opsjon nødtømming (utover normal tømming og ekstra tømming). Se vedlagte prisskjema. Kommunen har nylig vedtatt å bygge nytt renseanlegg på Bjøre, 3 km sør for Noresund. Dette anlegget skal erstatte dagens Noresund RA. Det nye anlegget er estimert å være ferdigstilt 1.kvartal 2021. Dette anlegget skal ha avvanningsutstyr og mottaksmuligheter for både slam fra Krøderen RA og spredt avløp. Det nye anlegget vil mao bli kommunens nye mottakspunkt for alt slam før dette transporteres til sluttbehandling.
