  Oppdragsgiver har til hensikt å inngå avtale med inntil 3 leverandører, forutsatt at det foreligger et tilstrekkelig antall egnede tilbud. Det anslås at det vil være aktuelt å rehabilitere\ oppgradere ca. 105 leiligheter i avtaleperioden. Per år vil dette utgjøre ca. 30 leiligheter. Oppdragsgiver presiserer at tallene kun er anslag, og at faktisk volum vil kunne variere fra år til år. Ett av kjennetegnene ved rammeavtale er at de konkrete oppdragene og oppdragsvolum ikke er konkretisert ved inngåelse av rammeavtalen. Disse forutsetningene er selve kjernen i premissene for parallelle rammeavtaler. Avrop finner sted etter hvert som behov materialiserer seg. Denne forutsetning er kjent hos begge parter og innebærer en risiko for at oppdragsmengden vil avvike- både positivt og negativt. Leverandørene må være oppmerksomme på at endringer i økonomiske og\eller politiske rammebetingelser kan medfører at estimert antall oppdrag økes\reduseres. Oppdragsgiver forbeholder seg også retten til å trekke ut en eller flere leiligheter, alternativt legge til en eller flere fra oppdraget som følge av kjøp\salg, bruksendring eller omgjøring til andre enheter. Med tanke på beboere er det særdeles viktig for oppdragsgiveren at rehabilitering/oppgradering foregår så effektivt og rasjonelt som mulig, slik at beboer/leietakere kan flytte tilbake raskest mulig. Oppdragsgiveren ser for seg at leverandør ikke bruker mer enn 4 til maks 6 uker med arbeid for hver leilighet fra start til slutt. Det er hovedsakelig leiligheter med størrelse på 40 og 50 kvadratmeter se også del 2-1 Prisbok med prissammendrag.
