  Informasjon om oppdragsgiver: Statens Pensjonskasse (SPK) er underlagt Arbeids- og sosialdepartementet, og det er Stortinget som fastsetter rammevilkårene våre. På vegne av staten forvalter vi pensjonsrettigheter på 492 milliarder kroner for ca. 1 500 virksomheter og mer enn én million tidligere og nåværende tilsatte i stat, skole, forskning, apotek og organisasjoner. I 2015 betalte vi ut 24,9 milliarder kroner i pensjoner. For statsansatte er medlemskapet i SPK obligatorisk. Andre virksomheter med tilknytning til det offentlige, for eksempel statlige selskaper, er kunder hos oss på frivillig basis. Deres ansatte blir dermed medlemmer i Statens pensjonskasse. I tillegg til alderspensjon, tilbyr SPK uførepensjon, etterlattepensjon, gode forsikringsordninger og gunstig boliglån. SPK er dessuten en stor leverandør av pensjonskurs, og vi forvalter pensjonsfondet for alle apotekene i Norge. Statens pensjonskasse har ca. 400 medarbeidere.
