Vi satser på et volum på mellom 31-51 dispensere for denne kontraktsperioden. Anslått kontraktsverdi for 2 år vil ligge mellom NOK 1.250.000 - 2.000.000 eks.moms. Begrunnelse for leverandørvalg: Vi ser etter en multidosedispenser med beskrevne spesifikasjoner, se nedenfor. Vår kjennskap til markedet tilsier at det er bare Evondos som kan levere disse spesifikasjonene. Spesifikasjoner Den valgte multidosedispenseren skal ha: - Alarmvarsling til telefoner etter definerte varslingskjeder. - Bemannet responstjeneste som varsler våre operatører (hjemmebaserte tjenester) om avvik. - Låsbar beholder for medisiner som ikke blir tatt til riktig tid - Løsningen skal ha loggfunksjon - Løsningen skal ha skjerm som kan brukes som kommunikasjonsplattform mellom operatører i hjemmebaserte tjenester og brukeren - En plattform for administrering av multidosedispenseren og som genererer rapporter om etterlevelse. Plattformen skal ha en sikker pålogging - Alarmvarsling dersom dispenseren utsettes for skade eller forsøkt brutt opp - Dispenseren skal håndtere minimum to multidoseruller - Leverandøren skal ha en åpen standard slik at applikasjoner kan knyttes til enheten, for eksempel ruteplanleggingsprogrammer - RIIG ønsker å leie multidosedispenserne - Løsningen skal være prøvd ut i flere norske kommuner med gode resultat - Løsningen skal ha teknisk overvåkning og support med mulighet for fjernhåndtering av leverandøren ved feil - Leverandøren skal synliggjøre hvordan en integrering mot journalsystemet Profil kan gjennomføres, dersom dette ikke er mulig i dag - Dispenseren skal ha 24-timers batteriback-up og varsling dersom strømforsyning er frakoblet - Hjemmebaserte tjenester skal bli varslet dersom dispenser mister kontakt med server - Teknisk sikring mot at feil medisiner blir satt inn i dispensere Vi ønsker med dette å informere markedet og det gis herved en 10 dagers klagefrist på ovennevnte. Fristen løper fra og med kunngjøringsdato i Doffin. Vi ber leverandører som mener at det ikke er grunnlag for å gjennomføre anskaffelsen uten å følge de ordinære kunngjøringsreglene i anskaffelsesforskriften, om å ta kontakt innen angitt frist.
