  Kort informasjon om tiltaket: Buskerud fylkeskommune v/ BFK Eiendom skal ha utført delvis ombygging av hovedbygget ved Ringerike Folkehøgskole. Adresse er Askveien 26, 3510 Hønefoss, gnr 45, bnr. 9. Hovedbygget på Ringerike Folkehøgskole skal oppgraderes med bl.a. balansert ventilasjonsanlegg, løfteplattform (skrueheis 500 kg), ny belysning , utvidelse av spisesal (inkl. inventar til storkjøkken og prefabrikert kjølerom) og administrasjon/kontorer. Hovedbygget har et totalt areal på ca 950 m² BRA. Denne entreprisen omfatter ombygning og tilbygg av totalt ca 150 m². Bygningen er oppført i treverk med kjeller i MUR og betong. Kjelleren består av kjøkken, spisesal og tekniske rom. Spisesal en skal utvides med BRA omkring 65m² mot vest. I tillegg etableres teknisk rom for ventilasjonsanlegg mot øst. Storkjøkkenet får noe ombygging og fyrrom bygges om til kommunikasjonsvei for heisen. Ombygning av kjøkken må prioriteres i perioden 13.05.17-13.08.17. Utvidelsen av spisesalen går over to plan (kjeller og 1. etasje), og vil forbinde spisesalen med hovedinngangen. 1. etasje utvides med et påbygg over dagens sceneareal. Nytt ventilasjonsaggregat skal plasseres på loft. Det er ikke kontinuerlig bæring ned til fundament i det området aggregater plasseres, det må derfor påregnes forsterkninger av bæresystem/tak. Omfang av riving: Riving skal medtas i nødvendig omfang for å gjennomføre byggearbeidene som tegnet og beskrevet. Dette omfatter eksempelvis noe riving av yttervegger, innervegger, dører/vinduer og trapp i heissjakt. Riving av tekniske anlegg omfatter i hovedsak riving av varmeanlegg med radiatorer og rørføringer, belysning som skal skiftes og riving i forbindelse med ombygging av kjøkkenet. I tillegg kommer riving av sanitærinstallasjoner i tilknytning til toalettene i kjelleren. Opsjoner: Byggherren (BFK Eiendom) skal ha opsjon på følgende arbeider: - Opsjon på screen (solskjerming) til ny glassfasade mot sør - Opsjon på foldedør ved siden av slagdør - Opsjon på utskifting av gulvbelegg i spisesalen - Opsjon på serviceavtaler VVS, brannalarmanlegg og nødlysanlegg Entrepriseform og kontrakt Arbeidene gjennomføres i sin helhet som en totalentreprise etter NS 8407.
