Personell fra Microsofts Premier Support får spesialtilpasset opplæring av produktutviklingsteamene om hvordan virksomheter kan planlegge, rulle ut, administrere og maksimaliser produktivitet for nåværende og fremtidige produkter. Ressursene har tilgang til utviklere som har innsikt og kompetanse på kildekode for nåværende og fremtidige produkter. Mulighet for å be om, og få laget, kodeendringer i Microsofts produkter. Dette er kompetanse som er nødvendig for å sikre kvalitet og tilgjengelighet for kritiske IKT tjenester hos Jernbanedirektoratet. Microsoft Premier Support leverer 24x7 assistanse for kritiske problemer som måtte oppstå under bruk av Microsoft produkter der det er sannsynlig at problemet er forårsaket av Microsofts produkter. Microsoft Premier Support tilbyr også RaaS – “Risk Assessment as a Service”. Omfattende analyse av teknologi som SharePoint Online/AD/AAD/MIM/Exchange Online/SQL med tilhørende rapporter. Analysene er basert på Microsofts samlede supportdata. Innsigelser må være Jernbanedirektoratet i hende innen 01. mars 2017.
