Travel Retail Norway AS ble tildelt kontrakt for Oslo lufthavn, Bergen lufthavn, Stavanger lufthavn og Trondheim med varighet fra 01.01.2023 til 31.12.2027. Tilsvarende ble Airport Retail Norway AS tildelt kontraktene for Kristiansand, \u00c5lesund, Bod\u00f8, Troms\u00f8, Molde, Evenes og Kristiansund. Av disse er det etablert Single Price p\u00e5 \u00c5lesund, Bod\u00f8 og Troms\u00f8.\n\t \nKontraktene for Duty Free og Travel Value utgj\u00f8r en stor del av de kommersielle inntektene for Avinor AS. I perioden fra konkurransen ble utlyst og frem til i dag har rammebetingelsene og markedssituasjonen endret seg betydelig, hvilket igjen har resultert i betydelig svekket passasjergrunnlag og omsetning. \n\t \nAvinor ser behov for \u00e5 foreta en midlertidig endring av kontrakten med sikte p\u00e5 \u00e5 bidra til \u00f8kt omsetning i et ekstraordin\u00e6rt marked. Endringen best\u00e5r i \u00e5 redusere det omsetningsbaserte vederlaget for et utvalg varelinjer (totalt 32 varelinjer).\n \nDette er endringer som Avinor anser n\u00f8dvendige som f\u00f8lge av omstendigheter som en aktsom oppdragsgiver ikke kunne forutse, og endrer ikke kontraktens overordnede karakter, jf. konsesjonskontraktforskriften \u00a7 13-1 (1) bokstav d. \n\t\nEndringen gjelder kun 32 av totalt 6 375 varelinjer, og utgj\u00f8r en marginal del av kontraktens verdi. Estimert til 0,5-1,0 % av kontraktens totale verdi.
