De potensielle brukerne av fagsystemet er ca. 130 daglig ansatte i GFE + ca. 130 sesongansatte ved gravplassene i sommerhalv\u00e5ret. Daglig ansatte kommer fra avdeling gravplass, stab, \u00f8konomi, krematoriet og HR som inkluderer Servicekontoret. Sesongansatte vil ha begrenset behov for bruk av fagsystemet. Det vil v\u00e6re behov for superbrukere blant alle avdelingene som kan bidra i oppl\u00e6ring og gi lav-terskel brukerst\u00f8tte. I staben har vi \u00e9n IKT-konsulent som vil f\u00f8lge opp daglig drift og utvidet brukerst\u00f8tte som opprettelse av brukere, justering av adgang og lignende.
