I tillegg skal leverand\u00f8ren levere drift, support og forvaltning av l\u00f8sningen i kontraktsperioden, inkludert videreutvikling basert p\u00e5 endrede behov og prioriteringer.   L\u00f8sningen skal oppfylle gjeldende krav til universell utforming, sikkerhet og personvern, og v\u00e6re basert p\u00e5 fleksibel og fremtidsrettet teknologi som underst\u00f8tter videreutvikling, integrasjoner og effektiv forvaltning over tid.
