Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that STEMvision is the only system with the following characteristics:A bench-top fully automated imaging and colony counting system designed specifically for automatic hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) colony-forming unit (CFU) assays with automated digital image capture and specialized analysis software to analyze and classify complex blood stem cell colonies.STEMvision does the complete analysis automatically in 1-2 minutes per sample, with a permanent record of the analysis.Appendix 4.0 \u2013 Requirements K936.03.01 provides a complete list of all absolute requirements.
