The instrument must be an all-in-one, table-top model, and not exceed w400 x d600 x h550 mm in size due to space restrictions. The instrument must be able to do the particle size analysis measurements simultaneously, immediately followed by the thermal analysis on the same sample in the same experiment.Among other things, we are researching the thermal stability of proteins and protein complexes, and the ability to analyze such samples at equilibrium in a flow-free environment that does not require immobilization, fluorescent labeling, or the use of external fluorescent reporters is a key function that the equipment must satisfy.
