The building will be a workplace for approximately 1,600 employees and 1,600 students. The excavation and groundwork started in the second quarter of 2019 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. Here, various academic communities will work interdisciplinary to develop new solutions to major challenges in health and sustainability with access to the best and most modern equipment required to conduct world-class research, teaching and innovation.STEMvisionStatsbygg intends to enter a contract without prior announcement with StemCell technologies for the acquisition of a STEMvision, an instrument to perform standardized scoring and automated colony counting for hematopoietic progenitor colony-forming unit (CFU) assays, and a Robosep-S, a fully automated cell extractor that uses immunomagnetic technology to isolate cells.STEMvision: the research group regularly performs hematopoietic colony-forming unit (CFU) assays to study human stem and progenitor cell functions. Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that STEMvision is the only system with the following characteristics:A bench-top fully automated imaging and colony counting system designed specifically for automatic hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) colony-forming unit (CFU) assays with automated digital image capture and specialized analysis software to analyze and classify complex blood stem cell colonies.STEMvision does the complete analysis automatically in 1-2 minutes per sample, with a permanent record of the analysis.Appendix 4.0 – Requirements K936.03.01 provides a complete list of all absolute requirements. To obtain the appendix, please submit a request to tom.ask@nosyko.no.RoboSep-SRoboSep-S: The research group works with primary cells, mainly of human origin, freshly isolated.Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that RoboSep-S is the only system with the following characteristics:A fully automated tabletop cell extractor that performs simultaneous cell isolations for up to 4 samples using the same (i.e. the same protocol applied for up to 4 different samples) or different protocols.Fully automated sequential isolation of up to 4 cell types - sequential isolation means that more than one cell type can be isolated from the same starting sample without any manual handling between the fractions.Column-free and tubing free isolation using 4 magnets that support both positive and negative selection of target cells.Appendix 4.0 – Requirements K936.03.02 provides a complete list of all absolute requirements. To obtain the appendix, please submit a request to tom.ask@nosyko.no.Summary:Based on our technical requirements and needs, as outlined in the requirement specifications, as well as the available information and the investigations conducted, it is our assessment that only StemCell Technologies meets these requirements. For technical reasons, they are therefore the sole provider capable of delivering the service. The conditions set out in FOA § 13-4 (b) are considered to be fulfilled.Any objections must be submitted by e-mail to kristine.milner.carlsen@statsbygg.no within 10 days of the publication of this notice
NO081
["ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_INTENT","RESULT
["Oslo
Request for information (RFI) - Hold Baggage Screening (HBS) in compliance with EU regulation 1087/2011
Introduction In connection with implementing EU Regulation No. 1087/2011 for hold baggage screening Avinor AS intends to update the solution for screening systems integrated in the baggage handling systems at a number of Avinor’s airports.
At larger airports EDS standard 3 screening systems will be installed. At smaller airports Avinor will consider ways to comply with the EU Regulation by means of less advanced types of screening systems in combination with other routines of operation. These Avinor airports are currently equipped with screening systems based on EDS standard 2, one in-line screening machine at each airport. Through this RFI it is Avinor AS' intention to ask potential suppliers of technology that can support Avinor AS in complying with EU Regulation No. 1087/2011 for information on solutions and equipment.
