BK3-1 og BK3-2 er f\u00f8rste byggetrinn for overbygningene p\u00e5 eksisterende kjeller, og disse to byggene \u00e5pner i juni 2026.\n\nBK2 er et bygg som skal oppf\u00f8res iht leieavtale med Drammen kommune for ny Legevakt og korttidsplasser for pasienter. P-kjeller under BK2 er en forlengelse av allerede eksisterende p-kjeller og vil inneholde tekniske rom, heiser/trapper opp til BK2 samt p-plasser for bes\u00f8kende til BK2.\n\nDet er inng\u00e5tt avtale med arkitekt og arkitekt utomhus, for detaljprosjektering av BK2. Nordic Office of Architecture og SLA Norge AS vil bli tiltransportert til Totalentrepren\u00f8r.\n\nByggherren har sendt s\u00f8knad om Rammetillatelse. Den er forventet mottatt mai/juni 2026, og vil bli ettersendt. Alle videre s\u00f8knader m\u00e5 ivaretas av TE.
