The program is launching a call for tenders for a project on the traceability of chemicals in plastics and plastic products. Chemicals of concern in plastics pose significant challenges for health, the environment and the safe functioning of circular value chains. Effective traceability enables regulators and industry to identify and control chemicals of concern, improve the safety and transparency of recycled plastics, strengthen monitoring, reporting and compliance, support accurate classification and control of plastic-related trade and reduce data gaps and inconsistencies across value chains. There is a need for a consolidated global overview of the methods, approaches, and systems currently used to promote traceability of chemicals in plastics and plastic products along value chains. This project aims to identify practical, implementable and globally relevant options for improving the traceability of chemicals in plastics and in plastic products, providing targeted input to the ongoing Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) and supporting future plastic treaty implementation. It is also relevant for targets under the Global Framework on Chemicals, GFC, as well as the Stockholm Convention. The project will consolidate and assess existing regulatory, technical and sectoral approaches across major jurisdictions including the EU, USA, China, Brazil, South Africa and selected Middle Eastern countries, and as far as possible seek to translate these into prioritised recommendations for increased transparency. The outcome will be communicated as a publicly available report. Project output should be issued through NordPub according to the guidelines of the Nordic Council of Ministers. It will therefore be desirable to have access to additional equipment, spare parts, and components that can be used in our work with drones.\n","location_id":["NO081"],"estimatedValue":{"currencyCode":"NOK","amount":35000000.0},"type":"ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_COMPETITION","allTypes":["COMPETITION","ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_COMPETITION"],"status":"EXPIRED","issueDate":"2026-01-27T10:39:43Z","deadline":"2026-03-01T23:00:00Z","sentToTed":true,"publicationDate":"2026-01-28","placeOfPerformance":["Oslo"],"procurementStrategicLabels":[]},{"id":"2024-116458","buyer":[{"id":"a17f0c4d9b21ae6f264d342bcf640d49","organization_id":"985198292","name":"AVINOR AS"}],"heading":"Declaration of intent - development of a flight test/demonstration program of zero- and low-emission aircraft","description":"Avinor AS and Civil Aviation Authority Norway (CAA Norway) intend to enter into a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Bristow Norway and Beta Technologies for the development of a flight test/demonstration program of zero- and low-emission aircraft. The purpose of the agreement is to develop solutions and knowledge related to future aircraft and requirements for airport operations/infrastructure, as well as conducting safe and efficient trials of new technology for regulatory learning and development within all relevant areas of aviation. Flights utilizing a battery-electric aircraft are estimated to take place after summer of 2025.\n\nAvinor\u2019s objective is to facilitate and support testing and demonstration of zero- and low-emission aircraft, airspace and operational development to gain more knowledge about new technologies, facilitation needs and explore their practical applications.\n\nCAA Norway's main objective is to contribute to safe, societally beneficial, and sustainable aviation. As an aviation authority, CAA Norway, in collaboration with EASA, will contribute to regulatory facilitation and learning. The purpose is to enable safe testing and phasing in of new technologies in an ecosystem. It will also enable the regulators to identify the need for regulatory changes and to ensure that approval and certification processes are well prepared and can be carried out efficiently.\n\nThe agreement is intended to accelerate the transition towards zero- and low-emission aviation and is part of the Avinor and CAA Norway collaboration to establish Norway as an international test arena for zero- and low-emission aircraft. Data and knowledge sharing is a key element of the agreement, and the activities will contribute to knowledge for the entire aviation ecosystem. The joint results of the research/development under the agreement will not be exclusive to the contracting parties, and in addition the financial burden is split between the parties. If a subsequent development phase provides a basis for it, the letter of intent will be replaced by a binding project agreement. Based on the above, the agreement is considered a research and development contract and is therefore exempt from the procurement regulation, cf. the Supply Regulations section 2-5. See appendix 1 for more information.","source":"doffin","attributes":{"status":"ACTIVE"},"relationships":[{"type":"buyer","target":{"type":"organization","name":"Klima- og milj\u00f8departementet"}}],"_links":{"wiki":"https://allemannsdata.com/wiki/anskaffelse/2026-116068/","api":"https://allemannsdata.com/wiki/api/v1/anskaffelser/2026-116068"}},{"type":"organization","name":"Klima- og milj\u00f8departementet","description":"Buyer linked from the procurement notice.","source":"doffin"},{"type":"procurement","id":"2026-101910","namespace":"doffin:notice","canonical_id":"doffin:notice:2026-101910","name":"Framework agreement for supply and service of drones ","description":"Statnett needs to enter into a new agreement for the purchase of drones for use in its operations. These will be drones that can be used for inspection of the power line network, pylons/towers, substations, and terrain. This will involve the use of both standard cameras and LiDAR for 3D mapping, and possibly multispectral sensors for classifying site productivity/vegetation conditions beneath our lines, to mention a few applications.\nThe primary need will be for large and medium-sized inspection drones. These must operate under demanding mountain conditions, have good range, robust battery solutions, and solid sensors for data collection.\nAccess to systems for lifting equipment is also desired, as well as drones that can be permanently installed at a substation to support inspection and security work at remote sites.\nOur operations are continuously expanding, and there is therefore a need for an underwater drone to support our work in mapping the seabed and quay/facility structures.\nThere will also be a need for equipment to further our R&D work. It will therefore be desirable to have access to additional equipment, spare parts, and components that can be used in our work with drones.\n","source":"doffin","attributes":{"status":"EXPIRED"},"relationships":[{"type":"buyer","target":{"type":"organization","name":"Statnett SF"}}],"_links":{"wiki":"https://allemannsdata.com/wiki/anskaffelse/2026-101910/","api":"https://allemannsdata.com/wiki/api/v1/anskaffelser/2026-101910"}},{"type":"organization","name":"Statnett SF","description":"Buyer linked from the procurement notice.","source":"doffin"},{"type":"procurement","id":"2024-116458","namespace":"doffin:notice","canonical_id":"doffin:notice:2024-116458","name":"Declaration of intent - development of a flight test/demonstration program of zero- and low-emission aircraft","description":"Avinor AS and Civil Aviation Authority Norway (CAA Norway) intend to enter into a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Bristow Norway and Beta Technologies for the development of a flight test/demonstration program of zero- and low-emission aircraft.
