The instrument must be an all-in-one, table-top model, and not exceed w400 x d600 x h550 mm in size due to space restrictions. The instrument must be able to measure both modalities in the same experiment on the same sample.We are researching, among other things, protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions, and the ability to analyze such interactions at equilibrium in a flow-free environment that does not require protein immobilization is a key feature that the equipment must satisfy. It is also essential that the system can measure many samples in series, in solution and with minimal use of material per sample.
