Furthermore, to be at disposal for repairing underground cable systems elsewhere when need arises. Personnel must be licensed for and experienced in splicing and repairs of high voltage submarine and land power cables. Whereas tenderers may submit proposals in English or a Scandinavian language all documents pertaining to this RFQ are in Norwegian and no translation will be provided by REN SKB.
