Mer utfyllende informasjon: The super resolution microscope will be placed inside a BSL3 lab and used for the study of pathogenic bacteria and viruses and their interactions with host cells like macrophages or cell cultures. \u00a0A Super-resolution fluorescens-microscope (SRM) with SIM, SMLM and TIRF that enables high resolution fluorescence microscopy of living microbes (bacteria and fugi), host pathogen-interactions (macrophages and infected cells), and organoids/tissues at single cell level, to be able to study molecular cell localization and molecular interactions.\u00a0 Shall be equipped with stage incubation chamber with control of CO2 and temperature, and motorized stage with holders for slides and multiwell plates.
