We therefore invite suppliers to respond to this Request for Information (RFI). \n\nThe starting point for this market dialogue is tender documentation that has already been completed. This was published in the summer of 2026; however, the contracting authority received limited market response. The purpose of the RFI is therefore to obtain feedback on the tender documentation, gain a better understanding of the market, and receive advice, recommendations, and lessons learned from suppliers. We are particularly interested in learning about innovative solutions and market developments that may help us deliver valuable services to our users.\n\nSuppliers are encouraged to challenge our existing descriptions, models, and assumptions contained in the RFI.
