The technology will be applied to a diverse range of fish species\u2014from small salmonids to large predatory species (e.g., sharks)\u2014representing a broad spectrum of life\u2011history strategies and behavioural patterns. Deployments will take place across varied geographic regions, ranging from temperate coastal waters in the Skagerrak to Arctic and sub\u2011Arctic environments. The equipment must therefore be robust, reliable, and suitable for long\u2011term scientific monitoring under demanding field conditions.\n\nFurther specifications are given in Appendix 1 \u2013 Requirements.\n\nThe Buyer intends to enter into parallel Framework Agreements with up to 3 tenderers/suppliers, provided that enough suitable tenders are received.\n\nThe duration of the Framework Agreement is two (2) years following the date of the last signature hereto, with an option to extend for 1 + 1 additional years. The Buyer will be automatically extended on unchanged terms unless the Buyer provides written notice of non-renewal before the expiry of the current contract period. The maximum total contract duration is four years.\n\nThe Framework Agreement has an estimated value of NOK 2\u00a0500 000, - excl. VAT and a maximum value of NOK 6\u00a0000 000, - excl. VAT.
