Further details are provided in the customer\nspecification (SSA-O Appendix 1).\nThe index shall provide governments, businesses, and researchers with a systematic \nfoundation to guide and improve the role of digitalization in the transition to a net-zero and \nresource-efficient society.\n4\nThe project has a fixed price of NOK 2.700.000 ex. VAT.
