The contract will be a non-exclusive contract and will be divided into three delivery areas:\n\nDelivery area 1: Online Casino Games\n\ufffdSupply Norsk Tipping with Casino game content as well as business competence for the online gaming area\n\nDelivery area 2: eInstant Flax\n\ufffdSupply Norsk Tipping with digital versions of Flax instants as well as business competence for the online gaming area\n\nDelivery area 3: eInstant Yezz\n\ufffdSupply Norsk Tipping with eInstant Yezz games as well as business competence for the online gaming area\n\nThe Supplier will be responsible for the following core deliveries:\n\n\ufffdGive Norsk Tipping and Norsk Tipping\ufffds player access to Supplier\ufffds current and future portfolio of Games;\n\n\ufffdAny and all software, hardware and licenses necessary for providing the games, and to host, operated and maintain such software, hardware and licenses throughout the term of this Framework Agreement and the subsequent call offs made under it\n\n\ufffdIntegrate the Games to Norsk Tipping\ufffds iGaming Integration Platform and Norsk Tipping\ufffds other technical and commercial platforms.\n\n\ufffdDevelop, document and complete all customization of current and future Games as required by Norsk Tipping;\n\n\ufffdDevelop, design, engineer and complete new Games ordered by Norsk Tipping\n\n\ufffdPlease note that Norsk Tipping's games are regulated by the Ministry of Culture.
