Methodology is being established and testing of the methodology in pilots is ongoing.  There is a need for a long-term agreement to ensure completion of methodology, make sure that interfaces with adjacent processes are managed in a proper way, and to ensure quality and consistency of the safety assessments and safety cases carried out by external parties and/or IFE/ NND.  The Classified Procurement procedure applies as parts of the assistance require access to classified information.
