Sveio kommune skal bygge nytt vasshandsamingsanlegg ved Forevatnet sør i kommunen. I samband med arbeidet skal det også byggast ein demning, etablera VA fram til bustadfeltet på Fjellstad, bygga tilkomstveg og kople til straum over FV 47. Entreprisen er delt i tre. Kontrakten på sjølve vasshandsamingsanlegget er tidlegare tildelt til NOKA AS Denne anskaffinga, som omhandlar bygg og anlegg, består to deler: E01-Grunn og betongarbeid E02-Overbygg
