Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kontrakt om prosjektering og bygging av ny Marker barne- og ungdomsskole. Det nye skolebygget skal erstatte eksisterende bygg. Skolen skal dimensjoneres for 380 elever og 65 ansatte. Programmert nettoareal er ca. 4600 m2 og foreløpig prosjektert bruttoareal er ca. 7110 m2 BTA.
