Sula kommune ønsker å hente inn tilbud på årlig serviceavtale på ventilasjonsanlegg for alle kommunale bygg/anlegg. (Unntatt anleggene som har serviceavtale i garantiperioden). Avtalen gjelder også reparasjoner og mindre utskiftninger av anlegg. Nye, større, ventilasjonsanlegg vil normalt bli lyst ut som egen konkurranse.
