Anskaffelsen skal sikre at Riksrevisjonen har tilgang til tilstrekkelig kompetanse i realiseringen av en ny Sky- og informasjonsplattform» i perioden 2026 til og med 2029. Riksrevisjonen ønsker å inngå en avtale med ett konsulentfirma som kan dekke bredden av kompetanseområder som vil være nødvendig for å realisere ny Sky- og informasjonsplattform.
