Tromsø kommune har behov for å inngå ny avtale på datautstyr for sine ansatte. Med datautstyr menes PC-er og tilhørende utstyr for daglig bruk. Kommunen har i dag rammeavtaler knyttet til kjøp av datautstyr. For kommende avtaleperiode ønsker kommunen å utforske alternative løsninger, inkludert modeller som «PC som en tjeneste».
