Anskaffelsen skal ivareta oppdragsgivers behov for daglig og temporære renholdstjenester, samt ekstra renhold etter bestilling. Anskaffelsen skal sikre stabil, kostnadseffektiv og kvalitativt godt daglig og temporært renhold til avtalt tid og pris. Kontraktens samlede renholds areal ved oppstart er ca 35 000 m2 på Nedre Campus og ca 58 000 m2 på Øvre Campus. Samlet renholds areal ved oppstart av kontrakten er ca. 93 000 m2.
