Nav Troms og Finnmark skal anskaffe førerkortopplæring for tyngre kjøretøy kl C og CE inkl YSK. Opplæring skal gjennomføres i Tromsø. Rammeavtalen inneholder både kjøp av gruppeopplæring samt kjøp av enkeltplasser. Det er estimert at det vil gjennomføres 2-3 kurs per år med inntil 16 deltakere og minimum 10 deltakere. I tillegg vil det være behov for å kjøpe enkeltplasser.
