Løsningen skal dekke behovet for langtidslagring av digitale dokumenter og skal ha et grensesnitt for saksbehandling, inkludert tilgangsstyring og integrasjoner. Systemet skal være skybasert, og skal leveres og driftes av leverandøren som en SaaS løsning (Software as a Service).
