Description
Vestfold fylkeskommune har behov for et nytt biblioteksystem som kan legge til rette for samarbeidet mellom skolene gjennom en felles bibliotek-katalog. Tilbud på nytt biblioteksystem skal leveres som en skytjeneste (Software as a Service, SaaS) hvor teknisk forvaltning (oppdatering, patching, feilretting etc.) og drift av tjenesten inngår som en integrert del av skytjenesten.
