Stor-Elvdal kommune har til hensikt å inngå kontrakt om utskifting av gatelysarmaturer.Formålet er å redusere strømforbruk, redusere kommunens samlede Co2-utslipp og miljøpåvirkning, samt redusere kommunens driftskostnader.Leverandøren skal bruke sin fagkunnskap og kompetanse for å bidra til at kontraktens formål blir ivaretatt.
