Description

This tender concerns a replacement of existing contracts for content delivery of the online games for Norsk Tipping and its users. The contract will be a non-exclusive contract and will be divided into three delivery areas: Delivery area 1: Online Casino Games •Supply Norsk Tipping with Casino game content as well as business competence for the online gaming area Delivery area 2: eInstant Flax •Supply Norsk Tipping with digital versions of Flax instants as well as business competence for the online gaming area Delivery area 3: eInstant Yezz •Supply Norsk Tipping with eInstant Yezz games as well as business competence for the online gaming area The Supplier will be responsible for the following core deliveries: •Give Norsk Tipping and Norsk Tipping’s player access to Supplier’s current and future portfolio of Games; •Any and all software, hardware and licenses necessary for providing the games, and to host, operated and maintain such software, hardware and licenses throughout the term of this Framework Agreement and the subsequent call offs made under it •Integrate the Games to Norsk Tipping’s iGaming Integration Platform and Norsk Tipping’s other technical and commercial platforms. •Develop, document and complete all customization of current and future Games as required by Norsk Tipping; •Develop, design, engineer and complete new Games ordered by Norsk Tipping •Please note that Norsk Tipping's games are regulated by the Ministry of Culture. Any regulatory changes may affect the carrying out of the agreement / contract.
