Nordre Follo kommune skal rehabilitere Sofiemyr Kunstgress med ny undervarme, ny pad, nytt kunstgress og organisk innfyll. Eksisterende kunstgress, pad og innfyll skal demonteres og avhendes. Eksisterende masser og rørvarmeanlegg skal forbli i bakken. Det skal avrettes på nytt, og legges nytt kunstgress-system med rør i pad over dette. Samlestokker legges for nye rør.
