Formålet med avtalen er å inngå avtale med én leverandør for kjøp av IKT-utstyr. Oppdragsgiver har behov for utstyr innenfor følgende datautstyrsgrupper: datamaskiner (bærbar PC, stasjonær PC, nettbrett), mobiltelefoner, datatilbehør (skjermer o.l.) og nettverksutstyr (inkl. brannmur, Wifi, Svitsjer o.l.). Avtalen skal leveres som en tjeneste, der Leverandørens selvbetjeningsportal leveres uten behov for lokalt installert programvare hos Oppdragsgiver.
