IPPC is a tool for flight planning, designed for pilots and other personnel, available at ippc.no. It is a briefing system used for flight planning. It also serves as a tool for submitting flight plans (FPL) to the Air Traffic Service (ATS). The reception and distribution of FPLs are handled through the IPPC FPL Management. This tool is used by the AIS office for efficient processing and distribution of incoming FPLs.
