Gjennomføre hele prosessen og utarbeide ny kommuneplan arealdel inklusive kystsoneplan for Værøy kommune. FN sine vedtatte bærekraftmål skal legges til grunn. Nasjonale og regionale føringer skal hensynstas. Med bakgrunn i dagens arealplan, kommuneplanens samfunnsdel (planlagt vedtatt 12/22), og vedtatt planstrategi, gjennomføre hele prosessen med å lage ny arealplan inklusiv kystsoneplan for Værøy kommune, i hht. Plan og bygningsloven. Gjennomføre en god involveringsprosess. Røst kommune planlegger tilnærma parallell prosess, det kan være en mulighet å samkjøre prosessene her.
