Aurland kommune skal bygge nytt høydebasseng på Fretheimshaugane i Flåm. Nytt høydebasseng skal omfatte alle bygningsmessige og tekniske installasjoner innenfor bygningsdefinisjon, med utgangspunkt i utplanert område. I tillegg skal det etableres en vannledning (styrt boring fra P0-P180, pumpemagasin på 200m3 ved Tjødni, graving av grøft på ca. 30m, utskifting av vannledning 35m og veg fra lekeplass til ventilkammer
