Tromsø kommune har i dag en spyle- og sugebil som er plassert under seksjon for Vann og avløp. Bilen har vært i drift i mange år, og er nå veldig slitt og må ofte på verksted. Det er derfor besluttet å gå til anskaffelse av ny kombibil.
