Det skal bygges nye gymsalbygg for to barneskoler under samme totalentreprisekontrakt. De to byggene er i all hovedsak like, skal bygges i massivtre bestående av en gymsal med garderober, toaletter, styrkerom, enkelt kjøkken og nødvendige tekniske rom. Byggene skal bygges etter passivhusstandarden og sertifiseres etter Breeam NOR sertifisering "Very Good"
