Statnett SF har et behov for å bytte ut deluge-anleggene som beskytter transformatorene i Smestad transformatorstasjon. Det skal byttes i totalt 3 transformatorsjakter. Deluge-anleggene skal oppgraderes fra siste stengeventil før deluge-ventilen og helt ut til dyser ved trafo. Det vil også være behov for å bytte andre deler av forsyning til deluge-anleggene.
