Moss kommune skal anskaffe nytt prosesskontrollsystem(PKS) for Vann og Avløp, tjenesten skal være skybasert. Det nye anlegget skal brukes som toppsystem for alle eksisterende og nye VA-stasjoner. Leveransen omfatter også oppgradering av PLS styring til 115 stk VA-anlegg.
