RITS står for Ryfylke IT samarbeid og består av kommunene Hjelmeland, Sauda, Strand og Suldal. Samarbeidet er organisert etter kommunelovens paragraf 27 med Strand kommune som kontorkommune. RITS ønsker å inngå tre parallelle rammeavtaler for kjøp av IT-utstyr. Avtalenes varighet er 3(tre) år med opsjonsmulighet på ytterligere 1(et) år.
