Oppdragsgiver OMKK Eiendom AS innbyr til konkurranse om bygging av nytt kulturhus i Kristiansund som skal romme Opera, museum, kulturskole og bibliotek ("OMKK"). Prosjektet skal gjennomføres som samspillsentreprise med totalentreprenør. I samspill skal en utvikle skissekonsept og skisseprosjekt, som tar sikte på å gå videre til samspillsfase for utvikling av forprosjekt med tilhørende kontraktpris, og som igjen danner grunnlag for totalentreprisekostrakt for byggefasen.
