NBIM ønsker å kjøpe globale rekrutteringstjenester ('Search and Select') for å bidra til å fylle utvalgte stillinger på nåværende kontorer: Europa (Oslo, London, Paris (bare relevant for NBREM)), USA (New York) og Asia (Singapore, Tokyo og Shanghai). Avtalen vil også gjelde for eventuelt fremtidige kontorer. Prissetting for tjenestene vil være basert på 'retained og non-retained'. Estimert kontraktsverdi er 2,000,000-6,000,000.
