Oppdragsgiver er kommunene Andøy, Bø, Lødingen og Øksnes. Kommunene ligger i Vesterålen i Nordland fylke. Kommunene har ca. 13.700 innbyggere og ca. 1.200 årsverk. Videre produseres ca. 2.500 lønnsslipper per mnd. I 2019 hadde kommunene ca. 55.000 utgående fakturaer og ca. 30.000 inngående. Rundt 30 ansatte er tyngre brukere av økonomi, HR og lønnsløsninger, mens ca. 150 har tilgang til spørring, attestasjon/anvisning inngående fakturaer osv.
